How it works:

Nicole will come in for “observation & discovery days” and follow you through an entire day to observe and assess your behaviors in a wide range of situations, from phone and in-person interactions to decision-making to presentations and giving and receiving feedback. She will then give you a direct review of how you are interacting with others, how they react to you, and what perceptions you are creating.

Another important part of executive coaching is Relationship Management. We teach executives how to promote healthier relationships in the workplace and in the private sector. The three areas of focus critical to enhancing relationships are awareness & assessment, advanced communication, and conflict resolution. We also learn about the four basic domains of emotional intelligence: Self Awareness, Self Regulation, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
